Arrests

On Dec. 27, Officer Braley arrested Brandi Arsenault, 37, Boothbay Harbor for assault.

On Jan. 10, Officer Braley arrested Adam Reinecke, 30, Boothbay Harbor, for an outstanding warrant.

On Jan. 13, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Randy Thompson, 32, Southport, for an outstanding warrant.

Summary Report

From Dec. 17 through Jan. 13, Boothbay Harbor police officers responded to 256 calls. They conducted 12 911 checks, 35 compliance checks, 15 property checks, 25 escort/transports, three LCRC intakes, 13 motor vehicle stops, one pedestrian check, and five welfare checks. They assisted citizens 13 times and other agencies 6 times; they attempted to locate two persons, performed community policing seven times, issued one concealed weapons permit, were on special detail once and controlled traffic 16 times. They also responded to one abandoned motor vehicle, 13 burglar alarms, one assault, two disabled motor vehicles, one domestic disturbance report, one erratic operations, three fire alarms, three fires, one fireworks report, one harassment complaint, 43 medical emergencies, one medical alarm, one motor vehicle accident, two parking problems, one parking enforcement, two reports of found/lost property, one auto theft, five reports of suspicious activity, one traffic hazard, one theft/forgery/fraud report, and one trespassing report.
