Arrests

On May 29, Officer Braley arrested Eric Doughty, 42, Boothbay Harbor, for operating after suspension.

On June 2, Officer Braley arrested Natasha Grimshaw, 23, Augusta, for operating under the influence.

On June 9, Officers Schneider and Brown arrested Keith Brewer, 29, Boothbay, on a probation hold.

On June 9, Officer Polizzotti arrested Jedediah Watson, 38, Southport, on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

On June 12, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Brandon Cookson, 29, Boothbay, on a warrant for failure to appear.

On June 14, Sgt. Higgins arrested Robert Dion, 34, Lewiston, for criminal threatening.

On June 16, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Elija Garrett, 67, Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence assault.

On June 18, Officer Braley arrested Steven Roderick, 18, Alna, on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

On June 24, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Amber St. Pierre, 22, Boothbay Harbor, on a probation violation.

On June 26, Officer Braley arrested Konstantinos Rigas, 30, Boothbay Harbor, for domestic violence assault.

On June 26, Officer Braley arrested Chelsea Morton, 21, Boothbay, for domestic violence assault.

On June 28, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Alicia Santamore, 34, Southport, for four warrants and unlawful possession of a Schedule Y drug.

On June 30, Officer Snyder arrested Hector Bohan, 28, Wiscasset, for a warrant for failure to appear.

On July 8, Officer Chryplewicz arrested Jedediah Watson, 38, Southport, for operating while license suspended and violating conditions of release.

 Summary Report

From June 5 through July 8, Boothbay Harbor police officers responded to 559 calls. They conducted one drug investigation, 28 911 checks, 37 compliance checks, 27 property checks, 49 escort/transports, 93 motor vehicle stops, and two welfare checks, controlled traffic 19 times, and assisted citizens 23 times, other agencies four times, and with one community paramedicine visit. They were on special detail six times, performed community policing 20 times, received police information 11 times and attempted to locate six persons. They responded to 18 burglar alarms, one assault, one burglary, three civil complaints, two criminal mischief reports, one disabled motor vehicle, six erratic operations, 10 fire alarms, four fires, six fights, four harassment reports, three LCRC intakes, two loud noises, one liquor law violation, 58 medical emergencies, one medical alarm, two mental subjects, two missing persons, 14 motor vehicle accidents, eight parking problems, 27 found/lost property reports, 16 reports of suspicious activity, five theft/forgery/fraud reports, two threats, four trespassing reports, three unwanted subjects, and five warrant arrests.
