Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library

Are you or a neighbor unable to leave the house due to health conditions, age, or mobility issues? Do you miss reading new books or old favorites? In the last year, BHML has adapted its checkout services throughout the pandemic to provide curbside and window services to folks who can get to the library. For over 10 years, we have offered Homebound Delivery to Boothbay Region patrons who are not able to get to the library. The goal of Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library is to remove as many barriers to access to information and culture as possible, including our homebound community members.

If you or someone you know would like to sign up for or learn more about Homebound Delivery, visit https://bbhlibrary.org/services/homebound-delivery/ or call us at 207-633-3112.  You can be a part of the library community from the comfort of your own home. If you are homebound and have “gone digital” reach out to us to learn about CloudLibrary, Hoopla, and more digital services you have access to with a Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library card.
