Domestic abuse can happen to anyone in our community.  Do you want to be supportive but don’t know what to say or do?  Domestic abuse is not an easy topic to discuss, but friends, family, and coworkers can learn how to offer support.

Learn how to Recognize, Respond, and Refer

• The signs of control/abuse
• Types of controlling tactics used
• Why it is difficult/dangerous for someone to leave
• How friends, family, and others in the community can provide safe and respectful support to someone they care about
