Roxanne Andrews brings over 30 years of experience in providing Senior Services to her new role as One2One Care Director at Lincoln Home. One2One Care services older adults who wish to live independently and safely at home. One2One Care Assistants can help with companionship, personal care, homemaking, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders and caregiver support and respite.

Roxanne is passionate about helping seniors connect with the services they need to allow them to remain at home. She has served as a caregiver, educator, patient advocate and liaison between families and their loved one(s). In 2002, she started Branches, an in-home care business in Damariscotta. Within two years, she employed 50 caregivers to service over 200 clients. Her daughter, Elizabeth Cossette, took over the business when Roxanne moved to Florida to work as a Business M anager for a similar company. Now, back home in Maine, Roxanne is excited to reconnect with the Midcoast community, share her wealth of experience, and be part of the Continuum of Care Lincoln Home offers seniors.

One2One offers a free in home care assessment that will outline available options and evaluate services needed, frequency of visits, amount of time needed and associated costs.
