Lincoln Home is seeking a Memory Program Nurse Manager for Harbor View Cottage, a twelve resident memory loss unit in Newcastle, Maine. 

This position is responsible for all program functions:

•   including community life enrichment, wellness, mentoring and training                  

•.  staff, interfacing with families and physicians

•.  as well as assisting with direct care.

The candidate will have proven ability to:

• Develop and implement programs
• Build relationships with residents, families and the public
• Maintain documentation and DHHS survey readiness
