Hillary Barrett brings enthusiasm, competence, and strong community ties to her position at Newcastle Realty. Having worked a number of years in municipal government, hospitality, and insurance; real estate seemed like a natural next-step for Hillary, who has always had a strong interest in the industry. Each of Hillary’s professional experiences contribute to her ability to conduct real estate successfully.

Hillary most enjoys connecting with people and feels comfortable and knowledgeable when providing real estate services.  A current member of Newcastle Realty’s Apprenticeship program, Hillary has worked alongside her mentor, Clint Miller, while gaining experience and skills to help her succeed in real estate. When asked why she chose Newcastle Realty, Hillary shared the group of supportive staff and professional atmosphere made it an easy choice.  Hillary is proud to be affiliated with Newcastle Realty’s Boothbay Harbor location, recently established in 2021.

Born and Raised in the Boothbay Harbor area, Hillary is a true local. She appreciates the small-town charm, solitude, and lifestyle offered by Mid Coast Maine. She is eager to share her knowledge of, and passion for the Region to connect people with their dream homes. Hillary currently resides on Southport Island.
