    Robert E. Grant, of Haydenville, Massachusetts, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Dec. 10, 2017, surrounded by his immediate family. He died after a fall and a brief stay in the hospital in Springfield, Mass. where he had been born 84 years earlier on March 22, 1933.

    Charmion Brothers of Dresden died at her home on Nov. 19, 2017.

    She was born on Feb. 26, 1935 in Lynn, Massachusetts, the third child of Lawrence K. Hussey and his wife, Edna Mae. Charmion was a sunny little girl with red-gold hair, which her mother, who read books about artists, said was called Titian, because it was a hair color featured in his paintings.

    Trey Alexander James, 19, from Standish, passed away Dec. 8, 2016 in a car accident just a few days away from his 20th birthday. He was born in Bath, Maine Dec. 16, 1996.

    He was proud to have graduated early from Wiscasset High School in the winter of 2015.

    Robert R. Bayard, 83, died Nov. 20, 2017 at his home in East Boothbay, Maine. 

    He was born on Dec. 14, 1933 in Boston, Massachusetts, to Helen (Stockbridge) and Donald Bayard.  He grew up in Deham Mass., and was a member of the Class of 1952. He played football (state champions), and was also a member of the track team.

    Barbara Fraser Hull, 85, passed away peacefully on Nov. 21, 2017 surrounded, loved and cared for by her immediate family and the staff of Horizons Living Center. She was born on July 10, 1932 in Bath, Maine the daughter of Harriet (Pratt) and William E. Fraser. She grew up in Bath on Chestnut Street, attended Bath schools and graduated from Morse High School in 1952.

    Charles E. Campbell, 74, died Nov. 17, 2017 at Glenridge Nursing Facility in Augusta.

    He was born on June 26, 1943 to Florence I. Brown. Charles grew up in Trevett, and some of his youth in Phillips.

    He married Patricia Jane Nichols on May 11, 1966. They lived in Waldoboro for a brief time before moving to Boothbay. He worked as a welder for Bath Iron Works for over 15 years until he retired.

    He attended Wiscasset Schools and was employed at various jobs in the Wiscasset area.

    Wanda D. Nolin, 87, died peacefully and comfortably at Sunnybrook Senior Living in Brunswick on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017.  She previously lived in East Boothbay, Maine.

    She was born Nov. 19, 1929 in Lewiston, Maine, the daughter of John & Katherine (Rzasa) Delekto of Auburn.

    She attended Auburn Schools and graduated from Edward Little High School class of 1947. She attended Maine School of Commerce in Auburn.

    She was born on Oct. 14, 1953 in Augusta, Maine the daughter of Sidney and Alice (West) Peachey. Holly graduated from Cony High School in 1971 and attended the University of Maine.  After marriage, Holly raised her family in Boothbay Harbor before moving back to Augusta.

    Robert Allen Marden died at his Waterville home on Oct. 29 at the age of 90.

    “Bob,” as his friends knew him, was born in Waterville on Jan. 4, 1927, the son of Harold Chesterfield Marden and Dorothy Harlow Marden. Bob and his siblings, Roberta (Alden) currently of Yarmouth, Harry, now of Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, and Don, of Belgrade, enjoyed a central Maine upbringing full of studies, sports, music, and summers at the family camp his Dad built at Ocean Point in Boothbay.

    Maynard R. Tomer, 76, died Oct. 18, 2017 at his home in Waldoboro.

    He was born Aug. 6, 1941 in Boothbay Harbor to Levi and Doris Robinson Tomer.

    Maynard grew up in Boothbay Harbor and graduated from Boothbay Harbor High School. He attended Brown University and graduated from University of Maine at Orono with a BS in mathematics. He earned his master’s degree in physics from the University of Arizona.

    Mary Birge Bonbright Hendrian, 88, died in Salt Lake City, Utah Oct. 12, 2017. 

    Birge was born in Englewood, New Jersey July 16, 1929 to Mary Eleanor and Irving Wayland Bonbright Jr. She married Marshall Dexter Hendrian June 15, 1957. Marshall died in 2002.

    She graduated from The Ethel Walker School and Bradford Junior College.

    Michael Reed Dolloff, 63, of South Portland, died Oct. 22, 2017.

    He was born May 9, 1954 in Boothbay Harbor to Preston B. and Ann Elizabeth (Ingraham) Dolloff.

    Michael graduated from Boothbay Region High School. He worked as a control room engineer at Central Maine Power and Regional Waste Systems.

    Michael was always regaling someone with a funny story or joke. He was gregarious, free-spirited, and independent. He was well read and had a carefree outlook on life.

    Robert A. Lewis

    Robert Albert Lewis, 85, of Boothbay, died peacefully on Oct. 12, 2017 at the Gregory Wing of St. Andrews Village, 145 Emery Lane, Boothbay Harbor.

    Robert attended the Boothbay schools. On Nov. 13, 1952, Robert joined the U.S. Navy and decided to make it his career. In 1972 Robert transferred to the Fleet Reserve for 10 years. While in the service, Robert received many medals. His Vietnam medal was with 5 bronze stars and one silver. He also received a bronze star for good conduct.

    Clayton Foye, 74, of Wiscasset died Oct. 10, 2017 at Togus VA Hospital.

    He was born in Wiscasset on Aug. 30, 1943, a son of Maurice P. and Doris L. (Pooler) Foye.

    He graduated from Wiscasset High School in 1961 and joined the U.S. Navy. He helped build Maine Yankee in Wiscasset. He was then employed by Bath Iron Works for 28 years as a shipfitter at the Harding Plant, retiring in 2006.

    Janet taught Sunday school, and Bible school during the summer months. She was a member of the Boothbay Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt and housewife.

    He was born in Portland Aug. 24, 1943, a son of Arthur George Ethier and Elizabeth (Stimpson Goodrich). He attended Portland schools and entered the United States Army. On Jan. 16, 1979 he was employed at Bath Iron Works and was currently in the maintenance electrical department. On July 1, 1989 he married Deborah J. Reed and they resided in Wiscasset.
