Lincoln County voters have a golden opportunity to ensure a write-in victory for Catherine H. Moore of Jefferson as Register of Probate. She is a declared candidate, which means her name may be written in on the ballot.

Having worked for Lincoln County for the past 10 years, two years in the Register of Deeds office and the last eight years in the office of Probate, she is a most qualified candidate. Her experience, knowledge and work ethic are just a few of her admirable traits.
