Chief Jeff Lange reported the following activity between Feb. 26 and March 4:

Arrests

On March 2, Ronald Smith, 35, of West Bath, was arrested for Violation of Protection Order.

On March 4, during a compliance check, Charlotte Wallace, 26, of Wiscasset, was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release.

Accidents

On Feb. 27, a 2015 Honda Pilot operated by Nancy Smith, 64, of Waldoboro, was hit by another vehicle that left the scene; no injuries were reported.

On March 2, an accident occurred on Bath Road just south of the firehouse, involving a vehicle driven by Sara Mullen, 49, of Phippsburg, and a deer.

On March 3, a vehicle driven by Mark Ezzell, 52, of Westport Island backed into a car driven by Madeline Maclaren, 69, of Wiscasset, in the Sheepscot Bay Apartments parking lot. No injuries were reported.

On March 3, a vehicle driven by Timothy Dempsey, 27, of Leominster, Massachusetts, went off the road near Young's Point and Eaton Cove roads and into trees. He was summonsed for Imprudent Speed, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

On March 3, Ronald Stead, 73, of Westport Island, was involved in an accident at Birch Point and Westport Island Bridge roads. He was arrested for OUI.

There were 108 calls for service during the week, including 31 property checks or burglar alarm checks; 22 traffic or parking-related calls; five medical  emergencies or fire calls; seven welfare checks or escorts; seven juvenile issues; a domestic disturbance; a missing person's case; a violation of an order of protection; and several cases of theft.
