What's Nude in Boothbay Harbor exhibit extended

Due to the inclement weather this past weekend, “What’s Nude in Boothbay Harbor? A Celebration of the Human Form” art exhibit will continue at Studio 53 this weekend. The Gallery will be open Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 19, 11 a.m.to 4 p.m.

 Winners for the most creative “Nude Food” at the opening reception Feb. 10 are from Brunswick. Kate Maringer made a Mermaid of cheese, salmon, seaweed, spinach pasta and crayfish! Marji Greenhut’s Female Nude Cake was a dark chocolate and lemon poppy seed cake with white buttercream frosting and embellishments. 

The People’s Choice Winner to be announced next week. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite while your at the Gallery at 53 Townsend Avenue in Boothbay Harbor.
