The public is invited to the Edgecomb Eddy School to participate in the second annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday, Oct. 28.

There will be games and fun activities for children, as well as pizza, salad and apple cider for sale for a nominal fee. With every dinner, each child is encouraged to decorate and enjoy a Halloween cookie.

Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with parking and decorating until 5:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to decorate the trunks of their cars, to offer goodies to children as they to from car to car to trick or treat (between 5:30 and 6:30).
