Topside Inn opens a week early to participate in Hospitality for Habitat

Wed, 03/04/2015 - 2:30pm

Originally scheduled to open for the 2015 summer season on May 8, the Topside Inn in Boothbay Harbor will be opening a week early to support Hospitality for Habitat. For up to seven nights beginning Friday, May 1, guests will enjoy all of the comforts and amenities offered by the Topside Inn for half off the regular rates in exchange for a $35 check payable to Habitat for Habitat, regardless of the number of nights they stay.

Known for its stylish and modern coastal furnishings and spectacular views of the harbor, islands and ocean, the Topside Inn offers guests a quiet retreat in the middle of Boothbay Harbor. A sweeping lawn, beautiful gardens and wooded hillside provide a private setting just steps from all that the charming coastal village has to offer; restaurants, shops, galleries and boating excursions, to name just a few. Come see spring spring into action at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens or on one of the many Boothbay Region Land Trust properties, all just minutes from the Inn, and lend your support to a great cause.

The Hospitality for Humanity program is sponsored by the Maine Innkeepers Association and is designed to raise money for local chapters of the not for profit organization Habitat for Humanity. This will be the 12th year for the program, which raised over $19,000 for the charity in 2014 and has raised $134,000 since the program began in 2004.

When booking, guest should enter promotion code HABITAT on the Topside Inn’s online reservation site, www.topsideinn.com, for the discounted rate, or call the Topside Inn for assistance 207-633-5404.
