Dear Editor:

I have been a resident at the Boothbay Green in Boothbay almost six months now and in all my years of living, all 94 of them, I have never met a more caring, informed group of ladies. They take care of all of our needs, yes, from morning till night, and even during the night if needed.

Breakfast is when you are hungry — all you have to do is ask. Whatever you would like to eat, it's there; if they have it, you get it. I am on a special diet and they do all they can to make sure I stay right on track with the correct foods. They care for the other residents and their special needs, too. Yes, I am thankful for the ladies with many hats.

These ladies are jacks of all trades; they see to our medications and we get them on time. God has blessed me with such caring and giving people.

So “hats off" to the entire staff at Boothbay Green. This is what I am thankful for.
