Ruth and Al Watts of Boothbay proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jean Stover, to her longtime boyfriend, Jason Andrew Copenhaver. Jason is the son of Janet Copenhaver of Lawton, Michigan, and Rick and Beth Copenhaver of Largo, Florida.

The couple enjoys spending time in America's national parks, getting back to nature. They reside in Key West, Florida, where Amanda has spent the last decade a part of the Pepe's Café family. Jason is a manager at Conch Electric Cars.

Their "it's about time" wedding will be Halloween themed and is in the planning stages for the future. For now the couple continues to travel and enjoy their life together.
