Dear Editor:

To everyone who helped make this year’s fair another great success, we thank you! This is truly a community effort and we greatly appreciate each of you who donated items and plants, the many volunteers who spent hours sorting and pricing, and all the cooks who provided hundreds of cookies for the Cookie Walk and delicious treats for the food table. Thank you, also, to those who helped set up and take down all the tables, to those who worked the luncheon and donated food and supplies, to all the workers, to the Hunts for the ‘Burma Shave’ signs, and to Gerry for controlling the traffic and keeping everyone safe.

We especially wish to thank all of you who came to support the fair. Whether you came to find some bargains or to delight your taste buds with some of the delectable goodies offered or to enjoy the lobster roll luncheon, we do hope you had a fun time. We appreciate you spending a little of your day with us.

With the success of the Fair we will be able to maintain our little “Church on the Hill” and to fulfill our ministry to the community and to be able to help when and where there is a need.

We are blessed to be a part of such a supportive community. Thanks again to everyone!
