Shinrin Yoku Forest Walk
Discover the health boosting benefits of moving slowly and mindfully through the forest through a guided Shinrin Yoku, or "Forest Bathing" walk at Porter Preserve, Kimballtown Road, Trevett,
from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. This guided walk of less than 1 mile, consists of a series of invitations, in which participants slow down and open their senses, while interacting with the natural world. Hike led by BRLT Environmental Educator and Certified Forest Therapy Guide Tracey Hall. Registration is required for this free event, and group size is limited to 10 people.
