Coastal Humane Society to hold Holly Jolly Holiday Spectacular

    The Coastal Humane Society Animal Shelter, 30 Range Road, Brunswick will host a Holly Jolly Holiday Spectacular in hopes of finding homes for puppies, dogs, cats, kittens and small animals before Christmas.

    The event will start at noon on Friday, Dec. 19 and run through Sunday, Dec. 21.The celebration will kick off with 30 puppies going up for adoption as well as dozens of other pets. Santa will be on site Friday and Saturday.

    At Coastal Humane Society’s festive event, shelter visitors can place an item under the tree for our animals, have their picture taken with Santa and their pet (an adopted pet or one already owned), snack on holiday treats, and on Saturday, visit a photo booth set up in the facility, donated by OH SNAP! Maine Photo Booth.

    Booth visitors can take home a photo from the booth for a suggested donation of $5, the proceeds of which will benefit the animals of Coastal Humane Society. Shelter tours are also offered from 3 to 5 p.m. daily. Adult cats 6 months of age and older are 50 percent off.
