Dear Editor:

Yesterday I checked into St. Andrews Urgent Care Center after a fall created a situation that concerned me. From the time I arrived, there were at least eight skilled people who attended to me. Beside basic observation, three X-rays were taken. The doctor, Daniel Bates, was highly professional and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing my condition. Happily, it was much less serious than I had first thought.

This was a thoroughly positive and highly motivated operation. I left urgent care a very satisfied patient.
