Dear Editor:

I support Dr. Wendy Wolf in her race for a seat in the Legislature. As a pediatrician and leader of the Maine Health Access Foundation, she has long experience in working across political lines for the benefit of Maine’s people, particularly children.

In this region of two active shipyards, five boat yards, a world-class marine research facility in Bigelow Labs, the state’s own Department of Marine Resources, nationally known botanical gardens, a newly renovated golf course and a still vital fishery, we need someone in Augusta who can do more to support our people and local economy beyond voting with Gov. LePage. Route 27 is not a “dead-end” road!
