Peter A. Teague

Peter Allen Teague, 56, of Greeneville, Tenn., and born in Boothbay Harbor, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 at the V.A. Medical Center Hospital in Mountain Home, Tenn.

His occupation was in plumbing and carpentry.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a company clerk.

Survivors include: his wife of 34 years, Melissa Teague; mother: Donna Teague of Hope; brother and sister-in-law, Garry and Janice Teague of Lynchburg, Va.; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Richard Craft of Hope; brother-in-law, Joe Fletcher of Rogersville, Tenn.; mother-in-law, Henriette Fletcher of Mosheim, Tenn.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father, Philip Teague, and his father-in-law, Victor “Joe” Fletcher.

The family received friends from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home, Greeneville, Tenn. Following the visitation, the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain (LTC-Ret.) Marshall Peterson officiating.

Interment will be in the V.A. Cemetery in Mountain Home, Tenn. at 1 p.m. Friday. The Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct a military graveside service. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
