Carolyn Melcher, chairman of P.E.O.’s Games Day, reports that tickets are still available for the group’s fundraising event in Boothbay Harbor on June 22. The afternoon of fun and games, from 12:30-4 p.m., will raise scholarship funds for outstanding women to complete college, earn professional certifications and achieve PhD’s. Tickets are $15 per person.

Games will begin at 1 p.m. with complimentary desserts served at 12:30 p.m. Party bridge, mahjong and other games will be played at the Inn at St. Andrews Village and sanctioned duplicate bridge will be held at the Rotary Club House on Montgomery Road. Participants are invited to bring partners along with other board or card games, if they prefer.
