Boothbay Region High School Athletic Director Allan Crocker has announced that Saturday’s Nordic skiing event at Leavitt High School and the Mountain Valley Conference cheerleading championships at Mountain Valley High School have been postponed until Monday, Jan. 15, due to the weather forecast of freezing rain and sleet. The skiing competition will begin at 10:30 and the cheerleading competition will begin at 3 p.m.
