Don’t forget that our musician on call, Ben Betts, will be offering Sidewalk Calypso with his Steel Drums on this Friday from 12-2. Bring a chair or have a seat on our park benches out in front of the Center and enjoy the music. Ben has been home from college for the summer and has been volunteering his time and talent with us. He makes beautiful music so come and hear what he has to offer.

The Van Trip to the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village in New Gloucester on Saturday, Aug. 26 is full. We will be scheduling additional trips as the summer rolls on. If you have a trip that you would like to take, please come in and tell us about it and we will try to make it happen.

The Annex is blooming again. Fiesta Suave will start up again on Sept. 14 and meet on Thursdays at 10:30. Tia Chi will begin later in the fall with offerings for seated participants as well as those who are more active. Watch for more activities to help get us moving again.

Heads up! RiteAid will be giving flu shots here at the Center on Sept. 11 from 10 a.m. until noon. Put it on your calendar.
