News and Notes from The Community Center

We still have tickets for the Kentucky Derby Day Party, May 6. We will sell out again this year, for this very popular event, so come on down and get yours soon.

We hope you are pulling staples and paper clips from your pile of papers so that you can come to the shredder on Saturday May 13. AARP is sponsoring this event so there will be no charge to have all your papers shredded.

Did you come to Thanksgiving in May last year? A wonderful full turkey dinner sponsored by the Lions Club for the benefit of The Community Center was enjoyed by everyone who came. This year, it will be held on May 20 and tickets are available at the door.
