The AP English Literature class at Boothbay Region High School taught by Mr. Mark Gorey has been hard at work for the past few weeks on the fifth issue of their online literary magazine. The website was started last year, with the previous Literature class producing three issues.

At the beginning of this school year, the new class brought fresh ideas to the table and updated the website. There has been one issue so far this year. The newest edition of the webzine will have an official launch on Monday, Feb. 8. The theme is “Beating the Winter Blues.” Features included on the website are: a section for student created works, an update on local news and sports, student online resources, as well as a section for videos created by the literature class. There are two continuing series of videos: a fictional TV-type series called “Rob’s Rules for School” and a video news series. The literature class rotates responsibilities for creating and updating sections of the website for each issue. This issue's the chief editor is Hannah Morley.
