Dear Editor:

I observe, with sadness, the lack of Old Glory lining Route 96 on the way to East Boothbay.

Last year they were absent, too. I can only presume that the Stars & Stripes were complained about by "Citizens of the World" groups that have turned against everything else American. Soon we'll be just like France and Greece, and America will be written out of history.
