Martha M. Delano, 68, of the Lowelltown Rd., Wiscasset died unexpectedly on December 4, 2015 at a local hospital.

She was born on November 11, 1947 in Wiscasset, the daughter of Arthur Russell and Florence Madelyn Delano.

Martha enjoyed her flower gardens, crafts and particularly her family. She worked for the Wiscasset school system for many years.

Martha was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Kenneth, George and Jeffrey; sisters, Marjorie Sproul and Margaret Creamer; and great nephew, Gavin Clark.

She is survived by brothers, Arthur Delano and wife Peggy of Richmond, Robert Delano of Wiscasset, Lloyd Delano and companion Toni Brawn of Wiscasset, Wendall Delano of Wiscasset, Dana Delano and wife Bonnie of Dresden, Dean Delano and wife Nora of California, and Richard Delano and wife Karen of Wiscasset; sisters, Ruth Webber of Wiscasset, Nancy Morton and husband Bart of Wiscasset, and Linda Delano of Wiscasset; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Per Martha's request there will not be any services.

Arrangements are under the care of Kincer Funeral Home, 130 Pleasant St., Richmond.
