“Batman vs Superman – Dawn of Justice”  The follow-up to “Man of Steel” (2013)  and  the first theatrical release to feature live-action portrayals of Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and Cyborg. In this film, Batman (Ben Affleck) seeks to preemptively battle Superman (Henry Cavill) after the destruction caused in “Man of Steel.” Also staring Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane as Martha Kent, with Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Lawrence Fishburn, Jeremy Irons and Holly Hunter.

"My Big Fat Greek Wedding - 2" The entire cast returns in this long-awaited follow-up to the highest-grossing romantic comedy of all time.

Parenting and marriage is becoming tougher and tougher for Toula (Nia Vardalos) and her husband Ian (John Corbett). Not only has their relationship lost some of its spark, but they're also dealing with a rebellious teenage daughter who clashes with Greek traditions.

On top of that, Toula must contend with aging parents and the endless needs of cousins and friends. When a shocking family secret comes to light, the entire Portokalos clan makes plans to come together for an even bigger wedding than before.

"My Big Fat Greek Wedding-2,” plays Saturday, April 9, Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 14 at 7 p.m., Sunday, April 10 at 2 p.m.

“How to Die in Oregon” This is a free community discussion event. In 1994, Oregon became the first state to legalize physician-assisted death. The law was blocked for three years and finally enacted in 1997. Since then, 991 Oregonians have taken their mortality into their own hands. The documentary won the 2011 grand jury prize for documentaries at Sundance. Screens Wednesday, April 20 from 1-4 p.m.

“45 Years” A married couple preparing to celebrate their wedding anniversary receive shattering news that promises to forever change the course of their lives. With Charlotte Rampling and Tom Courtenay. Final screenings Thursday, April 7 at 2 and 7 p.m.

BBC Shakespeare Series presents: “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” An all-star production of Shakespeare’s famous comedy about mismatched lovers in an enchanted forest set in Edwardian England and filmed in and around Scotney Castle, Kent. The all-star cast features Lynn Redgrave, Edward Fox, Robert Stephens, Ronnie Barker and Michael Gambon. This free screening plays Friday, April 8 at 2 p.m.

“Anomalisa” In stop motion animation. An inspirational speaker (voiced by David Thewlis) becomes reinvigorated after meeting a lively woman (voiced by Jennifer Jason Leigh) who shakes up his mundane existence. Playing Friday, April 8 and Sunday, April 10 at 7 p.m., Saturday, April 9 at 3 and 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 14 at 2 and 7 p.m.

The Bolshoi Ballet presents: “Don Quixote” Cervantes’ eccentric hero Don Quixote leaves on a journey full of adventures with his loyal squire Sancho Panza in search of his perfect woman. Music by Leon Minkus and choreography by Alexei Fadeyechev (after Marius Petipa and Alexander Gorsky). Playing Sunday, April 10 at 1 p.m.

Red Sox Home Opener. The Red Sox will host their 116th Opening Day, Monday, April 11 against the Baltimore Orioles. Pre-game activities begin broadcasting at 1 p.m. Beer will be available to purchase from King Eider's Pub. Game begins at 2:05 p.m. This is a free event made possible through the generosity of the Genada Foundation.

Seacoast Youth & Community Orchestras Spring Concert The Seacoast Youth and Community Orchestra program consists of three orchestras of three differing levels - primo, mezza, and avanzata. Orchestra members range in age from 7 or 8 to 70 or 80 years old and come from the Midcoast - Brunswick through Rockland. Playing Tuesday, April 12 at 7 p.m.
