Come join us for a tuneful adventure, “practically perfect in every way.” Following on four years of sold out Gilbert and Sullivan operetta concerts, LCCT, the resident theater company at Damariscotta’s Lincoln Theater is pleased to fly its kite this year with the family favorite, Mary Poppins opening Friday, March 17.

Several local soloists, The Never Never Sick at Sea Symphony Orchestra, and The Quite Content Chorale all return to this supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure.  The Chorale has a few openings available and particularly seeks tenor and basses to join in the docious-ali-expi-istic-fragil-cali-rupus fun.

Rehearsals are Sunday afternoons throughout the winter and most evenings the week prior to performances.  Those interested are asked to please email info@lcct.orgPerformances are Friday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 18 at 2 and 7:30 p.m., with a final matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 19.

Suitable for the entire family, tickets are $20/adults, $18/Lincoln Theater members, and $5/youth 18 and under. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 10 a.m.

As many of these concerts in the past have been completely sold-out, we encourage you to get your tickets early.  They can be obtained by calling the box office at 207-563-3424 or visiting the theater office on 2 Theater Street in Damariscotta, Tuesday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.   The winter musicale is presented once again in partnership with, and with gratitude to, HM Payson.
