The Boothbay Region High School class of 2015 is beginning to raise funds for its Project Graduation trip in June 2015.

Next week, class members and parents will be selling food at the BRHS Booster Club's Snack Shack on Sherman Field to the participants in the BikeMaine event on Sept. 10-12.

But in order to pull it off, they need some help in the form of food donations and paper products.

Food coordinator Stephanie Hawke (stephaniehawke66@yahoo.com) has supplied the following list of items needed for the food sale, and people are asked to contact her if they can supply the items: 12 dozen eggs; croissants and/or muffins (150 total); 5 pounds of American cheese; 6 pounds of ham for slicing; fresh fruit bowls; 12 oatmeal cups; 12 cereal cups; two gallons of milk; 3.5 gallons of coffee creamer; one box of hot chocolate; bags of potato chips; 10 packages of hot dog rolls; energy bars; finger desserts (cookies, bars, etc.); American chop suey (in a slow cooker); chili (in a slow cooker); bags of grated cheese; and serving products (paper plates, hot cups, plastic wear, napkins and paper towels).

Hawke said she would respond to emails with instructions on when and where donations would be expected.

Volunteers are welcome to help in the Snack Shack during the following hours: Wednesday, 2-7 p.m.; Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; Friday, 5:30 a.m. to when the group moves to the school for a big breakfast.
