May 22 was grandparents (and grandfriends) day at Boothbay Region Elementary School for students in grades 1-4.
The afternoon started with a concert in the gym where the different grades sang, and afterward the grandparents accompanied the kids back to their classroom where they gathered around workbooks and folders so the kids could show their grandparents all they were learning and doing at BRES.
