A fundraising supper will be held at the Edgecomb Community Church on Saturday, May 21 to benefit the children’s vacation program.  The supper will be served from 5-6 p.m.

Sponsored by the Mission Outreach Committee, it will be held in the church’s wheelchair accessible fellowship hall. This supper is an annual event to provide community support for the valuable and extremely important work of the fire department volunteers.

The menu: homemade casseroles, salads, rolls, beverages and elegant desserts.  The charge is $8 for adults and $3 for children under 12.

The thrift shop will open at 4:30 p.m. for diners who come early.

The church is located at 15 Cross Point Road in Edgecomb. Directions: On Route 27 from Route 1 toward Boothbay Harbor.  Go approximately one mile to the Mason Road, which bears off to the right.  At the end of the Mason Road, about 200 yards, bear right on Eddy Road.  The next left is Cross Point Road.  The church is on the corner.
