Transport yourself to France at Boothbay Region Adult Ed on Monday, Dec. 8. Join Nathalie Gorey and learn some traditional bistro recipes. You'll make a delectable French dinner from start to finish! We will prepare a traditional warm goat cheese salad with mixed greens and lardons (small strips of bacon) in a Dijon mustard vinaigrette, Poulet a la Normande (Normandy chicken), potatoes Gratin Dauphinoise, and for dessert, Profiteroles drizzled with hazelnut chocolate sauce.

The best part of this evening is that we will share and taste what we prepare. Bon appetit! The class is 6-8:30 p.m. in the Home Sciences room at Boothbay Region Elementary School. The registration fee is $14, and a $9 supply fee paid to the instructor on class night. Be sure to register early because class size is limited.
