He was a strong-willed, determined man, but underneath he had a genuine sincere love for the Lord, his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Fred and his wife traveled extensively through the states and took their dream cruise to Alaska. They were married for 59 years. He was involved in ministry from 1963 when he accepted the Lord as his Savior. He played guitar and loved Gospel and country music. He enjoyed the simple life of family, his dog, and owning a small farm in Edgecomb for awhile milking cows and riding horses.

Fred and Delight were members of Boothbay Community Fellowship where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on July 12, 1 p.m., at the American Legion Hall in Boothbay. Fred wanted everyone to remember him with funny, happy memories so that is what will be shared. Please join us in celebrating his life and bring a smile. Casual attire please; he would want everyone to be comfortable as well.
