Draining the swamp?

Tue, 01/03/2017 - 9:30am

    Dear Editor:

It is a simple fact that our hugely bloated, taxpayer-funded Washington, D.C. bureaucracy could be easily downsized by 40 percent, simply by getting rid of duplicate agencies, by instituting a hiring freeze with no attrition replacement, and by terminating the lowest performing 10 percent.

We taxpayers will see, very soon, whether Mr. Trump is the efficient, successful, experienced manager that he claims to be.
