Dear Editor:

Hello Boothbay region citizens and businesses.

Things are shaping up for an even more spectacular Festival of Lights and Harbor Lights Festival. As you probably know, it was decided that there would be a new fireworks display added for Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. We have been been busy raising funds for the show but we are still $2,000 short of our goal.

If you can help by giving a donation of any size we will greatly appreciate it.

Whether you live here year round or plan to come just for a few days, the fireworks display should really add a “bang” to the events planned.

All donations are greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the Boothbay Harbor town hall or mailed to the address below.
