Dear Editor:

The recent November 4th midterm election had a very high voter turnout in the Harbor. Absentee ballots continue to increase in popularity, increasing administrative workloads throughout the state. I’d like to recognize and thank the people that organized the election, set up the room, worked the polls all day and processed the ballots.

Thank you to Barbara Wilson, Nick Upham, Cindy Geddry, Louis Burnham, James Stormont, Kim Upham and Nylene Page. A special thank you goes out to our Town Clerk, Michelle Farnham, for another job well done. You all show such dedication. You put in a tremendous amount of effort during a long day that didn’t end until late in the evening. Thank you very much for your help. It’s an honor and a pleasure to work with you.
