Crow Point Yoga adds pilates to its schedule
A pilates class will be held on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at the new studio, Crow Point Yoga, 24 West Street in Boothbay Harbor.
This hour-long class will be taught by Dianne Daniels, an exercise physiologist, certified pilates instructor, and author of "Pilates Perfect."
Suitable for all fitness levels, the class is performed on the floor. It will target your “core” muscles, the abdominals and back, while simultaneously toning your legs and arms.
