Mary: The Heart of Justice: This Sunday's 10 a.m. worship service at the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor will celebrate Mary, the mother of Jesus. The choir has prepared several musical offerings that also lift up Mary. Before worship begins, there will be a slightly longer time for announcements. Everyone is welcome. Blue Christmas Service: This Sunday afternoon, Dec. 11 at 4 p.m., there will be a special service of worship designed for those who are having trouble celebrating this Advent and Christmas season. Perhaps you have experienced a loss, a disappointment, or are simply feeling down even as others are busy celebrating. This service offers opportunities to acknowledge sorrows and sadness and to turn them over to God. Everyone is welcome.

 

Nativity Walk at Congregational Church: Crèches from all over the world are on display at the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor. Nativity scenes from Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Europe, and the United States are located in various places throughout the church. A guide is available. Simply come during hours when the church is open. Everyone is welcome.
