Consider the lobster and its ways, Bob Brown’s life work, starting May 7 for four Wednesdays, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., at Hodgdon Green, Damariscotta. Caroline Janover is offering editing pointers, “How to Cut and Prune Your Memoir,” in Skidompha Library’s Carpenter Room, April 30 to June 11. Jane Roos will introduce you to the French sculptor Auguste Rodin, May 7 to June 4, Skidompha Library’s Porter Auditorium, and Harry Schramm will trace the spiritual journey taken by the 17th century poet John Donne, he of “No man is an island...”, at the Nobleboro Town Offices on Route 1, from April 23 to May 28, 10 a.m. to noon.
