    Christopher Gilley, 31, of Topsham, was found guilty of one count of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs. He was sentenced to 2 years probation and a fine of $400.

    Shane Rines, 42, of Wiscasset, pled to a deferred disposition on one count each of Theft, Burglary, and Criminal Mischief, and pled guilty to one count of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. He was sentenced to 9 months in jail, all but 5 days suspended, and administrative release of one year. He was also found guilty of Disorderly Conduct via Offensive Words and Gestures, and Violating Conditions of Release. He was sentenced to jail for five days for each count.

    Daniel Tonini, 59, of Phippsburg, was found guilty of OUI (alcohol) and sentenced to two days in jail and a $500 fine.

    Jeremy Griffin, 25, of Newcastle, was found guilty of Operating While License was Suspended or Revoked with a prior, and received a fine of $500.

    Laurie Farrar, 44, of Waldoboro, was found guilty of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument and fined $100 plus restitution of $126.30.

    Russell Clough, 35, of Augusta, was found guilty of OUI (drugs or combo), and sentenced to 21 days in jail, a $500 fine, and license suspended for 150 days.

    Mark Guerin, 51, of Boothbay Harbor, was found guilty of OUI (alcohol) and fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days.

    Timothy Bellavance, 48, of Gardiner, was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Failure to Provide Correct Name, Address, and Date of Birth. He was sentenced to two four-month sentences in jail.

    Jeremy Griffin, 25, of Wiscasset, was found guilty of Unlawful Possession of a Scheduled Drug, and was fined $400 and sentenced to one year of probation.

    Thomas Walker, 41, of Pemaquid, was found guilty of Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Night Hunting. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail on the first count, and fined $1,000 on the second.

    Michael Andretta, 24, of Wiscasset, was found guilty of Assault, Operating while license was suspended or revoked, Refusing to submit to arrest or detention by physical force, Failure to provide correct name, address, or date of birth, and Violating Conditions of Release. He was sentenced to a total of 31 days in jail.

    Kent Little, 22, of Damariscotta, was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was sentenced to 110 days in jail. He also took a deferred disposition plea to a second count of Theft, and to a count of Violation of Conditions of Release.

    Kevin Dupoir, 39, of Bristol was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was fined $200.

    Judith Owen, 68, of Boothbay Harbor, was found guilty of Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report. She was fined $500.
