The following are closed court cases for the District and Superior courts in Wiscasset from Aug. 1-15. Unless otherwise noted, all jail terms will be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. 

Rocky Grass, 32, of Bangor, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was sentenced to three years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, plus probation of two years, and ordered to pay restitution of $8,905.60.

Jeremy Griffin, 25, of Bremen, probation partially revoked for Domestic Violence Assault.

Corey Chapman, 22, of Dresden, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was sentenced to 364 days, all suspended, with probation of one year.

Jonathan Tarr, 39, of Anson, guilty of two counts of Aggravated Assault with a total sentence of ten years, all but nine months suspended and probation of four years; two counts of Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, with a total sentence of 18 months; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, with a sentence of six months. He also pled to deferred disposition guilty pleas on Kidnapping, Reckless Conduct, Domestic Violence Assault, and Obstructing the Reporting of a Crime.

Anthony McCullagh, 23, of Nobleboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and ordered to pay $700 in fines.

Chandra Dawn Hall, 39, of Vassalboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked - OUI, sentenced to 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and ordered to pay $600 in fines.

Richard Leeman Jr., 54, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (Alcohol) - no test, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and ordered to pay $700 in fines. Leeman is also guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, and ordered to pay a fine of $250. In a separate arrest, Leeman was guilty of Violating Conditions of Release and sentenced to 48 hours in jail, and pled to a deferred disposition guilty plea for Refusing to Sign Summons. In a separate matter, Leeman was guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, and sentenced to four days in jail.

David Reckards, 47, of Cushing, guilty of OUI (alcohol) and sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and ordered to pay $700 in fines.

Brian Hendrickson, 31, of Waldoboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol). His license was suspended for 150 days and he was ordered to pay a fine of $600.

Donald Boyington, 44, of Waldoboro, guilty of Fishing for or Taking Elvers from the Middle Third of the River, fined $300.

Jane Gear, 66, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI (alcohol). Her license was suspended for 150 days and she was fined $650.

Dale Winchenbach, 54, of Waldoboro, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order and fined $250. He pled to a deferred disposition guilty plea for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention through Physical Force.

Christopher Graves, 25, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Obstructing Government Administration, and fined $500.

Zachariah Hamilton, 34, of Waldoboro, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, and fined $400.

Christopher Brazee, 43, of Boothbay Harbor and Massachusetts, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $400.

Wesley Glidden, 33, of Jefferson, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with a prior. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $250. In a separate arrest, Glidden had his probation partially revoked for Burglary. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 30 months.

Roy Hudson, 66, of Round Pond, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was fined $250, and ordered to pay restitution of $33.74.

Jennifer Becker, 50, of Edgecomb, guilty of Possession of Marijuana, and fined $350.
