Closed cases Jan. 1-29

The following closed cases were reported by the Lincoln County Clerk for January. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Paul S. Jones, 40, of Monmouth, violated his probation from a Gross Sexual Assault conviction. Sentenced to nine months, one day suspended, in the Department of Corrections.

Richard Spencer I, 56, of Wiscasset, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for five years, all but nine months, one day suspended.

Adam Oliveri, 39, of Newcastle, probation revoked for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections. In a separate matter, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, with two priors, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for nine months and one day, fined $1,000. In a separate matter, guilty of Furnishing Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for seven years, six months, all but three years, six months suspended, probation of three years, and fined $400. Also deferred disposition for Unlawful Possession of Heroin, and Violating Conditions of Release.

Amanda Lewis Giles, 39, of Wiscasset, guilty of Assault, fined $300. Also deferred disposition on Domestic Violence Assault.

Michael Castillo, 44, of Damariscotta, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 21 days in jail, fined $300; also deferred disposition for two counts of Unlawful Sexual Touching and one count of Domestic Violence Assault.

Elizabeth Burkholder, 42, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, guilty of one count of Assault, fined $300, and Disorderly Conduct, fined $500; also deferred disposition for one count of Assault and one count of Domestic Violence Assault.

Brady Benford, 44, of Tallahassee, Florida, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $1,000, license suspended for 90 days; also deferred disposition for OUI-Alcohol.

Brittany Barton, 32, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with a prior, fined $500. In another matter, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, ordered to pay restitution of $200.

Leonard Jackson, 37, of Danvers, Massachusetts, guilty of Criminal Conspiracy, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months; also deferred disposition for two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.

Jennifer Ward, 30, of Richmond, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Mark Thornton, 46, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI-alcohol, with one prior, sentenced to jail for 10 days.

James Clark, 41, of Wiscasset, guilty of Assault, sentenced to jail for 90 days; also deferred disposition on Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon. In another matter, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with three priors, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections; OUI-Alcohol, with one prior, sentenced to jail for 90 days, fined $700, license and registration suspended for three years; and deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release. In another matter, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender revocation with three priors, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for three years, fined $1,000; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 90 days; and deferred disposition for Attaching False Plates and Displaying Fictitious Vehicle Certification.

Brian Bodley, 57, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI-alcohol, sentenced to jail for 14 days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; and Fail to Stop, Remain, and Provide Information, sentenced to 14 days in jail.

Benjamin Gallagher, 33, of Waldoboro, guilty of three counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors; first count carried sentence of 12 months, all but 30 days suspended, and probation of two years. Other counts carried sentence of 30 days each.

Sarah McLain, 21, of Damariscotta, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fighting, fined $300; also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Derek Joannides, 29, of East Boothbay, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Alexander Hickey, 41, of Jefferson, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Joshua Emery, 25, of Somerville, guilty of Forgery, sentenced to four months in jail; Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to four months in jail; and Unsworn Falsification, sentenced to four months in jail.

Paul Dow, 47, of Wiscasset, guilty of Harassment by Telephone, sentenced to four days in jail.

Jeff Hayward, 47, of Edgecomb, guilty of Illegal Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Claire Jeskey, 24, of Damariscotta, guilty of Unsworn Falsification, fined $250.

Lisa Paige, 51, of Belmont, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to two years in jail, all but four months suspended, probation of two years.

Lawrence Eckert, Sr., 67, of Wiscasset, deferred disposition for Assault.

Edward Yarmosh, 53, of Boothbay, guilty of Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250; deferred disposition for Failing to Notify of a Motor Vehicle Accident, and Failure to Register Vehicle.

Adam Main, 43, of Newcastle, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, unconditional discharge.

Timothy Fraser, 26, of Bath, guilty of Failing to Report, sentenced to six months in jail; and deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

Deborah Cote, 57, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Douglass Cote, 29, of Lewiston, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for five months; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days. In a separate matter, guilty of two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for five months on each count.

Sean Pinkham, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with one prior, fined $500.

Zachary Forgrave, 27, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Ryan Barter, 43, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Brandon Cookson, 28, of Boothbay, guilty of Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250; also, deferred disposition for Failing to Notify of a Motor Vehicle Accident and Failing to Stop, Remain, Render Aid, Personal Injury.

Timothy Ferrell, 20, of Westport Island, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
