Third place: Jim Lowe and Emily Carroll, racing the Down Easter, 3:58

This is the Carter brothers' 13th victory. The two follow in the footsteps of their uncle Douglas Carter, who has 12 wins under his belt. Fishermen's Festival announcer Andrew Morley said this threat may be enough to bring Douglas Carter out from retirement for next year. Douglas Carter still holds the all-time best record of 2:13.
