Boothbay Region High School won the 2017 Class E football title with a 20-14 win over the Maranacook Black Bears at Sherman Field, BRHS Friday night, Nov. 10. The victory capped an undefeated season for the Seahawks (10-0) while the Black Bears ended their season at 7-3.
