Boothbay shuts out Cobras

    The Boothbay Region High School boys tennis team soundly defeated the visiting Carrabec Cobras (3-8) Wednesday afternoon, 5-0, in matches to improve to 10-1 on the season with one regular season match to play on Tuesday, May 26 at home against St. Dom's (8-3).

    Boothbay is still second in the Heal point standings behind the undefeated Hall-Dale Bulldogs (11-0) and ahead of third-place Waynflete (9-1) and fourth place St. Dom's. The Seahawks edged St. Dom's, 3-2, in Auburn on May 6.
