The Boothbay Farmers’ Market will return to Boothbay Common on Thursday, June 21. They will set up on the Common from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursdays through Oct. 4. The market on June 14 is cancelled to accommodate the paving operation on Route 27.

Dan Sortwell of Big Barn Coffee, market president, said, “We look forward to the completion of the Route 27 corridor, including the landscaping. First impressions are important and the final Route 27 entryway will welcome visitors to Boothbay and to events taking place on Boothbay Common.”

The Boothbay Farmers’ Market is a community of thirty one local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. These vendors bring their finest quality food, fiber, and flowers to each Thursday morning market. Musicians perform on busy market days. Boothbay Farmers’ Market has been on Boothbay Town Common for the past fifteen years and has become a popular summer attraction.
