Letter to the Editor

In the beginning

Dear Editor:

“Children of Eden,” currently at the Boothbay Playhouse, is the final curtain call of the 2014 Playhouse Season. You’ll be amazed at the wonderful costumes, set design and, of course, the “animals.” The summer season has been filled with amazing musical theater, brought to us by Producer Susan Domeyer, Director/Music Director Virginia Bishop, the amazing cast members (too many to name) and Emily Mirabile, whose voice fills the theater each and every time she takes the stage.

Once again, the members of the Boothbay Region Garden Club had the opportunity to attend during “Garden Nights” at the Playhouse. As a member I wish to thank all those involved with the playhouse for presenting another summer filled with music.

Even if you know little or nothing about the show, buy a ticket for the “Children of Eden” — you won’t be disappointed. I can hardly wait for the 2015 season at the playhouse.

Thanks for the fabulous music theatre.
