Bath Antique Show and Sale concludes 25th season

Fri, 04/11/2014 - 6:00pm

The Bath Antique Show and Sale winds up its 25th season this Sunday, April 13. For this last show, Rusty Farrin of Farrin’s Country Auctions in Randolph will be on hand to appraise your antiques. Farrin is waiving his appraisal fee and the proceeds will benefit the Bath Area Food Bank (www.bathfoodbank.org). Bring your mystery antiques to the show, and for a donation of cash or a non-perishable food item to the Food Bank, Farrin will appraise it.

Farrin has been selling antiques in Maine for over 30 years. He is a past president of the Maine Auctioneers Association, holds a certificate from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and is certified to conduct appraisals. Although there will be no auction, Farrin is looking forward to talking about antiques at the show. He is a graduate of Fort Smith (Arkansas) Auction School.

The 25th season of the Bath Antiques Show ends this Sunday, April 13. A full café, serving delicious and sensibly priced home made items will be open to serve you. The show will be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Bath Middle School on Congress Avenue in Bath, Maine. It is easily accessible from the Congress Avenue exit of U.S. Route 1. Posted signs at the intersection will direct drivers the short distance to the school. Admission is $4.
